Anything is possible in an opportunity-filled city with the right education — and WU Master’s Day aims to help students be as successful as possible. By tuning in, students will be able to truly understand the interdisciplinary nature of WU Vienna’s high-quality academic programs. Each program focuses on social, legal, and environmental aspects of today’s economic challenges. WU Vienna has over 100 years of experience in inspiring a sense of responsibility.

Their Master’s Program in Business Communication (BizComm), for instance, is a new qualification that provides an in-depth understanding of how global corporations can leverage communication to achieve business success, boosting corporate social responsibility and increasing public awareness of socially-relevant topics in the process.

Students learn to hone their management skills, language skills, intercultural competence, and media literacy. With the ability to communicate on all available channels in our digitally connected world, they will be speaking to today’s 4.48 billion active social media users – a number that is only increasing. By mastering Instagram Reels, Tweets, traditional press releases, and more, students will gain an unrivalled edge in a competitive talent pool across various thriving industries.

Academic directors Jens Seiffert-Brockmann and Axel Beer confirm the demand for professionals with this know-how, noting, “Successful companies need more than just interesting products and services. Customers expect companies to give back to the community and to tell stories that inspire. We prepare students to become communication managers who can successfully guide companies with their communication strategies – because you have to reach people to be seen and understood.”

The program is as interactive as it is relevant. With every skill gained, students can actively apply knowledge through simulations and research projects in cooperation with WU Vienna’s many corporate partners. Thanks to its international network of over 240 partner universities worldwide, WU Vienna also offers unparalleled opportunities for global exchange.

WU Vienna is also home to master’s programs in the fields of:
