Boost your Business and Management skills with the IFP
Before you pursue an undergraduate business degree at the University of Suffolk, you might need extra time to prepare and the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of key management skills and processes.
Through the eight-month International Foundation Programme (IFP) (Business and Management) – offered at the affordable price of £8,000 (Jan-Aug) – you’ll level-up your understanding of the subject and consider various styles of accounting, finance, marketing and project management. Also, with the support of a multidimensional syllabus and industry professionals, there will be an extensive range of group seminars, informative lectures and individual tutorials for you to attend.
What’s incredible about the IFP programme is that once you complete it in August, meeting all set end requirements, you’ll be guaranteed progression onto one of the undergraduate business degrees at the established Suffolk Business School.
If you’re interested in the IFP at the University of Suffolk but need more time to improve your English, you can opt to pursue the International Foundation Programme (Business and Management) Extended pathway. Lasting for 11 months from October to August, you can take your business expertise even further. Plus, with a pre-sessional English component, this is the perfect preliminary route to take for students with lower-level English ability – and for only £10,500!
Secure your career in Science with the IFP
If you’re an ambitious science student, before you dive straight into the University of Suffolk’s niche array of undergraduate courses, you may want to apply for the January 2019 International Foundation Programme (Science) intake.

In relation to professional progression, by meeting the end targets of this programme you’ll be guaranteed a spot on a School of Science, Technology and Engineering undergraduate course, or guaranteed an interview for one of the undergraduate courses within the School of Health Sciences.
To expand your learning potential, there’s also the International Foundation Programme (Science) Extended study route. From October to August (11 months), you could be finding out even more about the field and enhance your communication skills with the pre-sessional English component.
