After Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg held a Q&A with students at China’s prestigious Tsinghua University last year, more recently it was the turn the social networking giant’s COO Sheryl Sandberg, who delivered an inspiring commencement speech on Saturday to Tsinghua’s School of Economics and Management class of 2015. Unlike her boss, Sandberg doesn’t speak Chinese, which is good news for English-speakers as the address is well worth watching (subtitles in Chinese).

In a nutshell, she had four key “wishes” for the Chinese graduates:

1. That you are bold and have good fortune. Fortune favors the bold.

2. That you give and get the feedback you need. Feedback is a gift.

3. That you empower everyone. Nothing is somebody else’s problem.

4. That you support equality. Lean In!

If you don’t have time to watch the 20-minute speech in full, ‘Huffington Post’ has the full transcript here.
