1. Applying for an internship at Ubisoft
Through Ubisoft’s website, you can apply to intern at one of the 45 offices in America, Europe, the Middle East, or the Asia Pacific region. Filters such as “Internship” and “Apprenticeship and Professional Training Contract” can help narrow your search.
A word of advice when applying for an internship with Ubisoft is to pay attention to their job descriptions. In most cases, they list crucial details such as the internship duration, job requirements, and any desirable qualities the company is looking for in their interns.

At Ubisoft, interns are part of a diverse and welcoming environment to tackle exciting new challenges at work. An article on Ubisoft Montreal’s website states that interns benefit from flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to reach out to team and department leaders that are open and approachable.

3. They have a graduate programme
Launched in 2014, the graduate programme is a two-year international programme that accelerates fresh graduates into the gaming industry. Graduates will benefit from an individual development plan to develop their skills in one of four areas: project management, online programming, gameplay and AI programming or UX design.
While the 2022 Ubisoft Graduate Programme applications closed on March 15, 2022, you’ll be relieved to hear that the programme runs annually, so keep your eyes peeled for the next application cycle.

4. Their graduate programme can a great career accelerator
Successful applicants will be able to work in one of the 20 studios worldwide, ranging from locations in Berlin, Chengdu, Singapore, Toronto, and more.
Depending on the studio you are working at, your programme may follow a local or international track. On either path, graduates can work on exciting projects with a multi-disciplinary team in the same studio or two different studios over two years.
As a graduate trainee at Ubisoft, you can expect two things: excellent support from experienced mentors and opportunities to work on their exciting line-up of well-established video game titles.
