Several UK scholarships for international students are still open for application for the 2022-23 academic year. These scholarships partially or fully fund your studies to help alleviate the financial constraints faced by students who aspire to study abroad.

GREAT Scholarships 2022
The GREAT scholarship offers scholarships from UK universities across various subject areas, and can be applied by students from 18 countries. Applicants from Bangladesh, Brunei, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
This scholarship covers the tuition fees for a one-year taught postgraduate course, worth a minimum of £10,000.
The GREAT scholarships are jointly funded by the UK government’s GREAT Britain Campaign as well as participating UK higher education institutions.

Scholarships available: Four (one award for each eligible country)

Goldsmiths, University of London
Eligible countries: India and Pakistan
Scholarships available: Two (one award for each eligible country)
Eligible courses: For Indian nationals, students must have received and accepted an offer in a taught postgraduate course from one of the following departments: The Institute of Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship, Design, Institute of Management Studies, Computing or Psychology.
For Pakistani nationals, students must have received and accepted an offer in a taught postgraduate course from one of the following departments: Politics and International Relations, Institute of Management Studies or Computing.
Deadline: May 22, 2022 (11.59 pm BST)
Eligible countries: Bangladesh, Egypt, Nepal, Kenya (for Kenyans, the scholarship is only awarded to justice and law students only)
Scholarships: Four (one award for each eligible country)
Eligible courses: Any one-year postgraduate-level taught course (excluding the MBA and OSPAP) for applicants from Bangladesh, Egypt and Nepal; Kenyans can apply for the LLM International Commercial Law.

University College London
University College London (UCL) is one of the world’s top universities, ranked joint eighth in the QS University Rankings in 2022.
Aside from its teaching excellence and experiential learning opportunities, UCL offers generous scholarships for students who do not have the financial means to otherwise pursue an education at the coveted institution. Among UCL’s scholarships include the UCL Global Masters Scholarship which caters to international applicants from a lower income background.

Manchester Metropolitan University
The Manchester Metropolitan University offers the munificent Chancellor’s and Vice Chancellor’s International Awards to international applicants. The generous scholarship is aimed at international students who demonstrate exceptional academic abilities.
Eligibility: A self-funding student, with a strong academic background, and have been offered a place in an eligible course starting in September 2022.
Eligible courses: Postgraduate-taught programmes which include MA Design Innovation, MA Sound Design, MA Games Art, MA Emergent Technologies, MSc Digital Marketing Communications, MSc Financial Technology, MSc Sports Business Management & Policy, MSc (Pre-registration) Physiotherapy, MSc Artificial Intelligence, MSc Cyber Security, MSc Data Science, MSc Sport and Exercise Science,
Undergraduate programmes include BSc Physiotherapy, BSc Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and BSc Sport and Exercise Science.

The University of Birmingham offers generous scholarships for international students; this includes the Global Masters Scholarship.
Eligible countries: Candidates must be classed as ‘domicile’ in either of the following countries which includes Algeria, Canada, China (PRC), Egypt, Ghana, Hong Kong (SAR of PRC), India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Seychelles, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, United States of America, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

University of the West of England
The prestigious Chancellor’s scholarship by the University of the West of England (UWE) is awarded to prospective postgraduate students who have demonstrated outstanding academic excellence by obtaining the equivalent of a British first-class degree.
It is important to note that scholarship recipients will be required to undertake an internship working within the International Office or other departments and may undertake ambassadorial activity for UWE throughout the duration of the course.
Following graduation, scholarship recipients will be expected to be proactive in promoting the UWE Bristol Alumni Network as well being an active member in it.

Value: 50% towards tuition fees
