Lee Lian Kong is the Senior Education Editor of Study International. She earned her bachelor’s degree in law at the University of the West of England, Bristol and completed a semester at the University of Evansville under a US State Department exchange programme. Using her experience studying in three countries — the UK, US and Malaysia — and in three industries — law, humanitarian work, and content — she finds joy in reporting on the joys, tribulations, opportunities and pitfalls of international students during the most consequential phase of their lives. Her work is largely focused on access to higher and international education for minority groups, public policy, and women’s rights.
