Eiffel Scholarship Programme of Excellence
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme enables French higher education institutions to attract top international students to enrol in their master’s and PhD programmes, notes Campus France.
It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers in the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 25 years old from developing countries at master’s level, and applicants up to 30 years old from developing and industrialised countries at PhD level.

Boston University Presidential Scholarship 2021
The Presidential Scholarship is for first-year students from around the world who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement. “In addition to being among our most talented students, they also excel beyond the classroom and are leaders in their schools and communities,” notes the university’s website. It has an annual value of US$25,000 and is available to international students.
Deadline: Dec. 1, 2021
Chevening Scholarship
The Chevening Scholarship enables outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK. Among the scholarship requirements include being a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory and a plan to return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your award has ended.

Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme
The Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme is an established national initiative, funded by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science and managed by the Council.
Among its features are individual, prestigious awards for excellent research in the name of the applicant; an objective selection process using international, independent expert peer review; funding across all disciplines, from archaeology to zoology; and awards for bottom-up, non-directed research, with the exception of those funded by our strategic funding partners.

Gates Cambridge Scholarship
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship is highly competitive. The Gates Cambridge Trust was established in October 2000 by a donation of US$210 million from the Gates Foundation to the University of Cambridge.
Applications for the academic year 2022-23 entry are now open. It’s worth noting that there are two possible application deadlines and these are based on the course to which you are applying. Application outcomes will be announced in February 2022.

Commonwealth Scholarship Programme 2022
If you’re a Pakistani student who would like to pursue a full-time master’s or PhD in the UK, then this scholarship is for you. This programme is managed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, in collaboration with Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, UK.

Ultimately, some scholarships are more competitive than others, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it your best shot.
