The Singapore American School (SAS) is ready to welcome new learners from kindergarten to fourth grade into its elementary school in 2021. Parents are invited to the upcoming virtual events in December 2020 and January 2021, where they can explore the best options for their little ones.
Located in Woodlands, SAS holds the legacy as one of the world’s leading American international schools. Children develop socially and emotionally through experiential learning activities in a diverse environment — particularly in elementary school, which involves field trips and community service.
Find out how SAS nurtures curious and capable learners and participate in insightful panel discussions with principals and teachers at the virtual events, where you’ll be able to paint a clearer picture of your child’s future at SAS. You will also learn more about the application process for pre-school (age three), pre-kindergarten (age four), and kindergarten (age five).
Join the virtual open day on Dec. 1, 2020 (2-3 p.m.), Jan. 28, 2021 (2-3 p.m.), or March 9, 2021 (9-10 a.m.).
Separately, parents will also be able to explore the Chinese Immersion program for kindergarten up to fourth-grade pupils. In this program, students go beyond learning the language — they use the language for learning. By mastering written and spoken Mandarin (alongside English), this program prepares them to become engaged, global citizens.
Join the Chinese Immersion virtual event for kindergarten, first grade, and second grade on Dec. 2, 2020 or Jan. 28, 2021, or third and fourth grade on Dec. 3, 2020 or Jan. 26, 2021. All sessions will be held from 9 to 10 a.m.
