The Full-Time MBA (with Co-op) programme is suited for recent graduates who lack practical work experience but are eager to pursue an MBA and gain industry insights. Through the co-op component, students participate in 12 months of paid work experience distributed over three work terms. By actively networking and exploring career options, students can earn an average salary of CA$44,300.

That’s not all. The co-op work terms also contribute to the issuance of a Post Graduate Work Permit that corresponds to the programme’s duration. This permit enables graduates from eligible Canadian designated learning institutions (DLIs) to obtain an open work permit, helping them to gain work experience in the country.
